OUR "WHY"

We have been leading and facilitating large global teams for over 25 years.  From the initial forming phase to the established high performing teams, we have been serving leaders at every stage of business development.  Throughout this growth, we ourselves have learned and crafted our skills, whether as leader, mentor or coach to help other leaders and teams take these steps more efficiently in order to move quickly, but not leave anyone behind in the process. Many of our learnings have come from our own experiences, outside of the corporate environment, while outdoors following our passions of traveling, hiking, biking, paddling and doing anything else that we consider challenging and FUN. Knowing the impact our life experiences have had on our personal development has lead us to use those experiences as a way to help individuals, leaders and teams accelerate their development.
 

We have pulled together a team with experiences building businesses from the ground up, leading organizations through significant change, coaching and mentoring leaders and teams through challenging times and enabling individuals and teams to achieve what was thought to be the impossible. Gaining a fresh perspective from the outdoors has benefited us, and we believe it will benefit you and your team as well.
